Although the sour economy is hitting every industry hard, including health care and nursing, there are things you can still do to advance your career. Yes times are tough for many even if they still have a job. Of course these people are fortunate and hope they can continue to stay working. While it should be a time to hunker down (pay off debts and save money) many LPNs of course would still like make more money by getting a better job or advancing their career.

Most people in the general public have heard that there is a nursing shortage. And of course those working as an LPN already know there is demand for RNs. As a result many have decided to return to school or are seriously considering it.

Demand for nurses will vary depending on where you live. So if you live in an area where demand is higher then returning to school may be a great idea. If you do not live in an area with a lot of demand, you still may what to consider going back to college if you would be willing to relocate or get your education and hope demand picks up in your location.

Returning to school is not a cake walk. It will require a commitment to succeed but you can do it. Even if you are short on time do not worry too much since you can use the Internet and LPN to RN programs that offer flexibility to help you complete your education. Now you can structure your studies around your work and family schedules.

Of course you can make more money by becoming a registered nurse and as a former licensed practical nurse your responsibilities will also change. While many do enjoy working as a licensed practical nurse many will later in their career decide to go back to a university because they want a career change but still want to work as a nurse.

2008 Chevrolet Malibu Good Looking & Good Riding

In 2008 the Chevrolet Malibu corrected what was perceived to be a shortcoming. All right, so what was it that was missing you might ask?

Does size matter? Vehicle size was never an issue for the Chevy Malibu. In its class of midsize sedans, the vehicle has always been known for its relatively roomy interior. Compared with its competitors like the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, the trunk space is really good and there’s lots of leg room for thefront seat as well as rear seat passengers.

How about power? As far as engine power went, there were not many complaints. Prior-year models were plenty well endowed thanks to the attentiveness to this matter by the Chevy motors engineers.

Before the Chevrolet 2008 Malibu came along, this Chevy was short-changed in the looks department. As previously mentioned they had plenty of pep and good midsize roominess and that’s what made them such good reliable family cars. Chevrolet got that right in spades. In 2008, Chevy turned some of their focus on to the aesthetics of this car that has a long history of good looks and sportiness.

So what’s the status of this nice and practical vehicle as of the year 2008? Now that she is looking hot. The Malibu got a beautiful new makeover in 2008. The front end is new with a nice-looking split horizontal grill, and two pairs of round headlamps. There’s a bit of a muscle car look to it also, what with its significantly widened wheelbase. Chevrolet made this Malibu into a car that you love for its practicality, smooth ride and good looks.

All this being said it certainly would not be a big surprise if the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu was in the running for a Best American Car of the Year Award.ward.

Is There Such A Thing As A Bad Dog?

The dog is never really bad; they are just reflecting the behavior of their owner. When you are taking a walk down a sidewalk, it is indeed disturbing when a dog grabs at your clean clothes. When your front yard is the chosen venue for the next door dog to leave his many calling cards, this is also frustrating. These are bad dogs? Perhaps, but they are only as bad as the kids next door who have never been given a good upbringing.

Why blame the animal (or the kids) when the adult who’s supposed to be in charge isn’t acting responsibly? Biting Puppies.

It is completely normal for a new puppy owner to experience the needle sharp nip and bite of the new family member, this is usually the number one issue that a new owner will need to overcome. The puppy is not being malicious, far from it, this is normal behaviour for a new dog, however there is danger that if left unchecked the puppy could become a liability when it grows. Fortunately there are various simple solutions to stop puppy biting behaviour and a sensible approach will have this potentially troublesome problem solved in a matter of days or for some puppies even a matter of hours. Puppies bite for a reason, so realising why they do it is the first step to overcoming the problem.

**Why Do Puppies Bite**
There are a number of very good reasons why your new puppy is biting you, if you can realise why it is happening you can tackle the problem easily. 

Puppy Play biting.
Learning.
To dominate.
Excitement.
Your puppy is angry.
The hunting instinct.
Pain relief.
Your puppy is hungry.
